Our work is grounded in high ethical standards, a client-focused mindset, and a commitment to delivering clear, effective solutions.
Our founder, Mustafa Lagha, brings over thirty-five years of experience in management consultancy. He has advised organisations in multiple countries — including Dubai, China, Libya, Turkey, and Egypt — on international trade, operational structuring, and strategic development. He has also advised the Government of Libya on trade and e-commerce policy and has represented clients before Libyan tax authorities on matters related to taxation.
Mr. Lagha’s analytical approach, diverse sector experience, and international perspective form the foundation of Top Trust Group’s advisory philosophy. Today, Top Trust Group continues its mission to support sustainable growth by providing businesses with clarity, strategy, and trusted guidance.
